We’re committed to sustainable products as best we can as a small family-run business. This is why our our plastic is organic and degradable, and our packaging is either reused or recyclable. We want to go the extra mile, so that the next generation have a planet to live in.
🖨 Plastic Printing
Our 3D prints are made from PLA – a type of biodegradable plastic produced from renewable resources, such as corn oil. Whereas mass-producing PLA is problematic for complicated scaling reasons, it’s perfectly suited for small-scale bespoke 3D printing. This means your purchases don’t use forever-plastics, and your purchased 3D printed plastic can actually be ground-down and either be recycled into more products, or simply given back to the earth adding nutrition to soil. PLA isn’t perfect, but we hope you’ll agree it’s a far-sight better than some other plastics around.
♻️ Packaging
Our packing is 100% recyclable. Our boxes, packing stickers, parcel tape, receipts, cards, and packing paper can be put in your cardboard recycling bins.
We use EcoFlo packing peanuts to secure your precious goods from damage during transit. To dispose of these in an environmentally friendly way, simply pop them in your sink and add water to watch the corn-starch-based peanuts dissolve instantly. No nasty chemicals and no recycling plants are needed. Pretty neat, eh?
